If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with an item you have bought, you may request a refund within 90 days of the purchase date. Please note, that the initial shipping fee is not refundable and that customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Upon receiving your request, a member of our Customer Support team will respond within two business days to provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for the return process. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging, and include the RMA number inside your return package. Once we receive the returned items, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within seven business days.
