Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Airmoto purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with an item you have bought, you may request a refund within 90 days of the purchase date. Please note, that the initial shipping fee is not refundable and that customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

To initiate a refund, simply contact us at support@getairmoto.com or call us at 888-855-6433. Be sure to include your order number in the subject line of your email. In your message, specify the items you wish to return so we can assist you promptly.

Upon receiving your request, a member of our Customer Support team will respond within two business days to provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for the return process. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging, and include the RMA number inside your return package. Once we receive the returned items, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within seven business days.
